It was published in a scientific journal and is completely true and proven. It started in 2024 and was repeated in 2025. Furthermore, the experiment is very simple: it involves watching a video on a mobile phone screen twice a day, every 12 hours, where the screen alternates between red and green every few seconds. The study itself includes the video in the attached materials/extras section S1, and it can be downloaded completely free of charge. The only remaining question is the light irradiance emitted by our mobile phones. They measured it, not because they needed an exact value, but simply to know the general range.
